Sharing a really poor experience with this place. First time I was there, I was really pleased with Ru Yi who was very pleasant and highly skilled, whom I was comfortable with. In making my second appointment, I requested for Ru Yi and the service staff mention that she is on leave hence they reassigned me to another therapist. Since I don't want to ruin my day plans just to have that appointmment to be shifted on a few days, hence I thought it's OK and went ahead. However, the second therapist was another Ru Yi named staff member and another which I could not remember. I was understanding enough for their situation and took it positively. To my surprise, the quality of their facial treatment has dropped tremendously. The whole session was rushed through without giving enough effort or details to my face. I was so disconnected during the session as I don't feel whole heatedly determined to give myself a rest and enjoy atool with comfort. Unrest, I thought my therapist must be having a really bad day or she is really tired, hence again I took it in the positive light. I then think to myself that after a good rest, my therapist shouldn't be that tiregue to work shoddy like that. I decided to give Modern a 3rd chance, and insisted to go back to Ru Yi. After a repeated pre-call and Reconfirmation of my appointment with Ru Yi, before cabbing to Modern. To my disappointment, my therapist is not Ru Yi and another therapist yet again and it's with Justine this time. Justine has done a good massage but when it came to extractions, I can felt the therapist isn't skillful and sometimes it's rather forceful > bringing pain to my face. I thought I just put it aside and not to mention it, but I am really serious tired that my therapist is not who I had requested since the time of booking. I had requested for Ru Yi but yet it has been proven like the management herecareless with my request. Modern help in summoning Ru Yi out and ultimately I am able to speak with her to confirm my next appointment with A skin. It's extremely annoying for three appointments that I had confirmed with her only to end up with another therapist yet again. I am only willing to pay for what I receive. To push sales to then come back to what I had experienced here felt so distasteful.

Facial experience and product is good and quite reasonably priced, some therapist are more meticulous than others. However, it is dampening to have new products pushed to you by overly enthusiastic sales almost every session. No longer a relaxing and comfortable experience.
