Love it love it. I liked the philosophy, the science, the art behind this whole thing. Tried the sencha gin and tonic, as well as the matcha old fashioned. So many other drinks I want to taste, and will likely be back. Also keen to visit all their outlets in Japan with different themes!
Some of the best cocktails I’ve had all year, the layering and taste. Ordered a Gyukuro martini and a Jasmine tea, Lavender, Calvados cocktail. Phenomenal
