Ken is super friendly and professional! Highly recommended. I brought 2 pairs of new shoes with leather soles to add vibram non-slip soles, and another really old pair of sneakers with broken soles to be resurrected. Ken completed them within 3 working days and even helped to clean the dirty parts of the leather for free

The wait time was too long and I had to make a reservation beforehand. The value for money was not great as the prices were quite high. The overall experience was average. The facilities and amenities were average as well. The customer service and staff were friendly and helpful. The ambiance and decor were average. The quality of the products/services was good. The initial impression and atmosphere were average.
