Simple, easy, friendly. What else do you expect? Definitely better experience than Samsonite customer service of you lose the receipts. Minus the parking across the street or on the street. I think reasonably priced. $35 for handles (generic luggage) $55 for hinge (Samsonite). Was done in 3-4 hours.
