Not advisable to drop your parcels for J&T or Ninja Van at this shop. After scanning, the staff just dropped the package from her hand straight into the box and I could hear a loud bang, and she proceeded to do this for all parcels though I asked her not to. This is exactly why we get customers' complaints and bad reviews
Superb service from a FenQin and her team @ minisq. WhatsApp inquiries were promptly replied, and my damaged iPhone LCD was replaced on the same day. Browsing through their products, I found prices very reasonable. (p.s. Shop.com customers are treated like royalty here, so we will be back for many more purchases ????) …
