Use them at your own risk. Very unprofessional and rude. When I sent my dress in for alterations, the lady (not Michelle) said that it can be done. When I went to pick up the dress, it came with straps done wrongly, and two gaping holes at the seams. I was shocked and disappointed with the poor quality of the alterations. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissive and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. I would not recommend this alteration service to anyone.
