Tall chinese girl with short hair very rude. Threw the shoe on the floor in front of me when I was bending over and ignored me after. So unpleasant. Attitude face. If you don’t want people to buy just put up a sign infront of the store that says so.
I must applaud Shaz’s commendable customer service today! Though the store was busy with customers (& their kids) Shaz has been very patient, helpful and served all her customers wholeheartedly. I must add she was positive and lively throughout my shopping at Melissa! Well done, Shaz! Keep smiling and stay positive!!
Went to Melissa @ IMM on 23 Nov 2021 and was served by Esther. She was very warm, welcoming and helpful. As I was wearing heels and juggling 2 children, she helped me to try the shoes for my youngest child. Thankyou Esther.
