If there was a way to give this company no stars, I would have selected that option. One of the WORST MAs I have come across. Rude staff, bogus numbers (they publish their numbers on the condo notice board, but you will never be able to get through the line to them). Hope this serves as a warning to others.

The wait time was very long and the staff was not helpful at all.

The initial impression was great and the atmosphere was welcoming.
The facilities and amenities were top notch, everything was well-maintained.
The value for money was not great, it was overpriced for what was offered.
