I was feeling a little unwell halfway through work because of my neck strain and decided to pop by this clinic which is near my office for a consult at 4pm. Given that Dr Aaron is out and Dr Karen was leaving early, I was put on hold for quite some time before being attended to by Dr Kevin. However, once Dr Kevin attended to me, he was very patient and thorough in his examination. He asked me detailed questions to understand my condition better and also explained to me the possible causes and treatment options. He recommended physiotherapy and prescribed pain medication for immediate relief. Overall, I was satisfied with Dr Kevin's professionalism and care. The only downside was the long wait time.
