Poor hygiene. Long queues (Dental + Medical) with no staff management. Front desk is rude & ask patients to sit outside clinic & wait for their turn. 1:30 pm came 3 pm went back only few patients in queue still took time. First & last time for me.
See alot of reviews complaining about the staffs and drs but my experience with them each time has been quite pleasant. Dr Gwee is very caring. See Dr Gwee few times and she even advice me what to do the next steps. Waiting time might be too long but worth it caring. Thanks Dr Gwee and the nurses.
Been going there for 4-5 years, staff is always friendly, and the lady Dr Rachel treat every case as an important 1 giving serious treatment and in dept advice. Thank you and well done to the staffs and Doctor Rachel.
