Horrible management- inflexible with car park. Disallowing the permanent car park unit for car not registered under owner name despite being spouse of the owner
Beautifully designed lobby with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the wait times for the elevator can be a bit long during peak hours.
The overall experience with MCL Land Real estate agency was disappointing. The facilities and amenities were not up to par and the customer service was lacking. It was not value for money.
