Waited super long for one breakfast, while others behind us already got their food. When I asked, they said they were still preparing the food. It's not fast food anymore. They also sent out less hashbrowns.

This is a super crowded outlet but the service staff are quick to ensure that customers get their seats and orders done up fast. When I was here, the service staff ensured that customers who were done eating to give up their seats to those waiting and I admire their politeness but firm gesture in getting their work done.

One of the worst McD outlets in terms of crowd management and customer service. The staff's attitude is terrible. I never want to visit again, but unfortunately, this is the nearest outlet and cannot be avoided. I only go here for my kids
