The queue issuance counter guy kept on asking us to come back on another day, claiming that the time to open an account for 1 customer is 1 hour. There were 7 customers before us. We went for lunch and came back in less than an hour, yet our queue number had passed. Seriously??
The reception and the staff was terrible! Went to orchard branch they ask to come here for account opening. When reached here the staff mentioned that they never received any info & the branch closed at 7pm. 3pm already close for all …
For new to bank customers with Maybank, opening account requires physical IC card. They do not accept digital IC. Don’t make a wasted trip down here as there is nothing they could do to help you. ???? …
