Marutama Ramen (The Central) reviews
Inconsistent ramen egg yolk see image. Gyoza was served at room temperature, ramen broth was bland & noodles were soggy. Terrible service from that tall auntie. Slams dishes on table and her attitude was rude as f. Food standard has dip …
The angry tomato tsukemen comes with mussels, clams, asparagus and cherry tomatoes, and a really hot tomato sauce dip. Cheese is grated onto the dish at the table. It tasted like a Japanese seafood marinara, and is a decent option if you don’t feel like having the standard ramen when your family or friends do.
The chicken broth tasted very good with the ramen. A little bit different to the usual miso or tonkotsu broth but worth a try. The spicy base broth wasn’t spicy so we added more chilli oil
