In their website, they are careful to put a disclaimer on weightage - that it is only an approximate. That is totally acceptable, and is the norm. However, the six pieces of seabream (angkoli) fillet I ordered, supposedly 400gm each piece, did not meet the mark. It is understandable that variation is difficult, especially with fish, but I believe if it deviates by more than 25%, then the customers should be informed. I called and wrote in to ask if the weights are guaranteed within a certain range but, they did not reply at all. This is pretty unprofessional.
