Dr. Ong is one of the best doctors. He is very friendly, patient and attentive. He always takes the time to explain if you have questions. Recovered swiftly after seeing him :)
I brought my helper for her 6 monthly checkup to this clinic. 3 months later MOM sent me a reminder that they didn’t receive a medical report from the clinic. I went back to the clinic and they said they do not have any record of my helper. …

The receptionist gave me a queue number, but the queue system makes no sense because the doctor will just ignore the queue and call any patient he pleases. I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours before I could see the doctor. The consultation itself was okay, and I got the medication I needed. But the long wait time was very frustrating. Overall, not a great experience.
