Literally visit almost every week. Tender chicken cooked to perfection, fragrant rice soft but not soggy, and the best Hainanese chicken chilli sauce in my opinion - tangy, bit sweet, garlicky. The queue on the weekend is a bit crazy though, easily 30min wait during peak lunch hours.
Went at 1.30pm on a Tuesday, no queue. Rice was fragrant and a tad salty but still acceptable. Chicken breast was quite tender. …
Nice chicken rice with good portion for $4.50. Rice a bit too soggy and salty for me. Prefer chilli to be more spicy but its OK. No soup given as this is their standard practice since mei ling market days. Its a safe bet that will please everyone if you are dining in a group.
