As we chose the most basic tier, we only connected a month before the actual event. Belicia and Amanda kindly agreed to meet us on a weekend to go through our plan for the day. Both were receptive to our requests and tried their best to fulfill them under the budget we planned for. On AD, Amanda was on the phone with Belicia just seconds after our solemnization ceremony. They could see that we wouldn't look good in the rhombus shape so they switched tables in their minds and acted on the switch even before we could open our mouths. It was definitely a hands-free approach as they handled everything efficiently. It definitely went out our expectations. Thanks, Belicia and Amanda!
