I won a social media contest for a free massage but despite asking the owner when I can arrange the session, she suddenly said she already booked a date without asking my availability. If as a customer, I am not comfortable with the date, the owner should have asked for my confirmation first. Very disappointed in the owner's lack of professionalism.
