Dear M1... This morning, I got a disconnect from my mobile connection.
Very bad customer service. Once you get their plan, you cannot contact them at all. Wanted to enquire and pay but unable to get a reply at all. Unable to access both my M1 apps so I had to contact them. Live chat wait was 1 hour 30 minutes then it was my turn.
Have gone through a few service providers. M1 must be the worst ever. It operates like a scam company. Authorities should revoke their license. Other operators would drop the data speed to a lower speed or ask you if you want to add on.
The customer service at M1 is terrible. I can never get a response when I need help. It's frustrating.
The network coverage is extremely poor. I constantly lose connection and cannot make calls or use the internet.
I have had multiple billing issues with M1. They keep overcharging me and it's a hassle to get it resolved.
