Ridiculous customer service by this outlet. First time went for recontract and was asked to come back saying M1 updating internal system. As loyal customer might be entitle. Second time went back aft 1 month, the customer service Sandra was not present. Third time went back within third month, Sandra was on lunch break. Totally inconvenient. Not the first time complaint and M1 has no intention to improve?

M1 describes itself as the leading, the most vibrant and dynamic telco company in Singapore. However, their service is extremely poor. They never bother to solve the problem and all their customer care does is read you out a standard one-liner. Totally incompetent!
