Just want to commend your staff Mr Kevin for handling an extremely difficult customer really well. The uncle wasn't even here to purchase a phone but Kevin really spent 1hr 15 mins to solve his problems patiently. At all times he didn't not throw M1 under the water as well and just tried his best to solve problems. Kudo Kevin.

I had visited the branch to inquire about my plan status and potential contract renewal, but my encounter with the staff was extremely disappointing. They were rude and unhelpful, and didn't seem to have any knowledge about the plans and contracts. I left the branch feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the service.
