My first time in Lululemon Taka store and was served by Priscillia. Her service was impeccable and amazing! She really made us feel very comfortable during the whole process and she was very personalized. Many thumbs up for her!

On purchase they told me an item, a running cap, was returnable within 30 days. I tried to return it after 2 weeks but was denied because, they say, accessories generally cannot be returned. All tags remained on the item and the receipt was provided.

Disappointing experience at Taka outlet. I had asked for a new piece of the Nulu Tank Top as there were make up stains on it. SA went in to the store to “look for a new piece” and claims to have taken a new piece. Went back home and found …
