They were open and available for me to make my purchase, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff patiently explained the products to me. I also had a positive experience when I placed an order close to closing time. The staff were still very helpful, even restarting the printer and PC to process my order. When they ran out of big carriers, they got creative and used a big plastic bag as a carrier. However, the payment terms are highly inflexible and the customer service is lacking. I may consider looking for another supplier in the future.
