Had a very cozy and intimate Strawberry Daifuku making session with Dionne, who was simply a joy to be taught by! From the beginning, when I had faced issues with booking/payment on the site, to the day of the workshop, when I had been 15 minutes late, Dionne was patient and understanding. The class was well-paced and I enjoyed learning about the different techniques to make the Strawberry Daifuku. The result was delicious and I even got to bring some home! Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.
