I meant to give you all zero star but I am forced to give you one star instead (all thanks to google). I am a gold member of LB and have sent many feedbacks with regards to your delivery service. This is not the first time I have encountered such slow and unreliable delivery from Love, Bonito. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. You need to improve your delivery service if you want to retain loyal customers like me.
Why every year Love, Bonito you have the same issue regard to Delivery? I have placed my order on 06Jun and till now I get receive my parcel. You guys will take 1-2months to deliver within SG? I dropped feedback to your customer service and all I get is just a generic response that my parcel is with the shipping courier. This is really unacceptable. I am seriously considering if I should continue to shop with Love, Bonito in the future.
