LookStudio was not at all flexible in accommodating especially during the covid period. I had to literally beg her to accommodate for postponement of my wedding reception makeup(due to valid reasons, and also months in advance) and was highly unprofessional in handling my request, making me regret my decision to engage her services. This left me very disappointed and frustrated.
I had a terrible experience at LookStudio. The make-up artist was rude and did not listen to my preferences. The final result was nothing like what I had requested. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
