Not only is the location accessible with plenty of parking but the staff here are excellent, friendly and go out of their way to help customers. They were extremely supportive and accommodating during the Covid period when I was overseas and couldn’t access my unit. Highly recommended
Joseph Ang was very polite and extremely helpful and I had a complicated case of changing from one storage unit to another either add a smaller or switch to a bigger and he was so helpful in showing me the units and helping me weigh pros and cons.
With them for years and never have any problem with their officer in-charge (Joseph Ang) for this particular branch. He has been most helpful but perhaps the company might want to have an extra staff to help out in this branch rather than having 1 staff covering the whole place.
