The service staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing.
The afternoon tea set was disappointing. The servings were small and the sweets were not impressive.
The Lobby Lounge has a nice ambiance and the staff are polite. However, the prices are quite high for the quality of the food and drinks.
