Helpful and efficient staff who quickly pointed out exactly what I had asked for and was very patient and accommodating.
Called up at 1pm nobody picks up the phone so I thought probably staff is busy handling store customers. So I drove to the mall at 220pm and the shop is opened but nobody at the shop. It was chained with a standing poster blocking so I could not go in either. Until I walked to the front there was a staff preparing for someone to take over. This kind of arrangement is unacceptable.
