Logistics facility. Not sure what to say about it. They were slow at retrieving the palette that I had ordered, but we're quite friendly and placed it in a convenient location for me.
Always deliver order late. Clearly chose a delivery date upon checking out but they can choose to 100% of the time deliver on another date later than selected. Also, no response from all their whatsapp, email and telegram. Super poor customer service as well.
Ordered chilled and non chilled items and delivery came very late - 1 week behind promised delivery date. And when the items arrived, there were items missing. Even though delivery driver acknowledged the missing items, he went back office …
