Patronize this outlet almost every other day so the counter staffs has memorized my drink choice :). Staffs are always friendly and even bothered to wave goodbye each time. Kudos to the team for great work as I noticed an improvement with shorter serving time in recent months.
Disappointing service! The staff member taking my order was extremely rude and showed no interest in listening when I placed my order. I had to repeat myself twice to ensure the order was correct, which left me feeling disgruntled. …
