Bought a pendant from them. Was happy with the purchase as it looked nice. However one week after using it, the glass cracked and dropped on its own. I heard a loud sound and went to check and saw it has dropped ! Called them, initially they said they can only do something if I have the receipt, no receipt no warranty. I have thrown away the receipt, but the pendant is still brand new, even the box still looks perfect. They later said they will check internally and revert back. I am still waiting for their response and action. As at now, there seem to be no after sales support. My money gone! No response from them anymore. Bad customer support. Please be very careful if you plan to buy from them.
