Bought 2 times from them. Reasonable price and was helpful in guiding me on how to use the product. Even better was that they was willing to wait about 15mins over time so that i could make a purchase. Not sure how they got the 2 (1 star) review.
Very POOR customer service. The 3 retail sale staff attitude at their shop in TTSH is terrible.
