I booked a 60 minute massage with Serene via Classpass and it was very enjoyable. As I was about 15 minutes late (due to an unfortunate stomachache in the morning), I had been informed at first that the massage would have to stop on time as well. However, Serene very kindly and professionally helped adjust the timing for a full 60 minutes. The massage itself was great and I felt very relaxed afterwards.
