Unprofessional and irresponsible. This is how I would describe the salesman who represented Leong Yew when I visited them today. My spectacle frame was bent a little out of shape and I asked them to help me realign. Without hesitation, the salesman started to hammer my frame back into shape, causing it to break. Instead of taking responsibility, the salesman blamed me for bringing in a low-quality frame. I am extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
