Got a very encouraging atmosphere... I wanted to run away after I see the warm up got plank but bear walk on the floor version... The group resting at the reception sofa / beanbag encouraged me with a lot of energy sia. Telling me the teacher is nice n friendly which happens to be true .. it was a rather fun session
