After an accident (my insurance is Income), I look through the approved list of workshops and find Lee Sheng with the best review and decided to go to them to claim. This is my worst experience for car workshop. Firstly, just ask me to fill in the claim form then give the car key. No checking or photo taking of the car. No explanation on what will be claimed, and what will be paid (e.g. NCD). Just asked me to sign every document/place, no explanation. Sign, sign, sign till blur. Then, ask me to provide NRIC (with passport also don't want) for claiming. Claim NCD not sure still qualify or not. Called in many times (hard to get through the line, sometimes busy tone), claim everything is TBC. now NCD TBC also. I feel myself just a disabled one. Feel very very upset for the claim experience.
