I called to inquire abt water leakage repair in my fridge. The reply was 'sorry not at the moment'. I said I do not expect to repair now as it is CNY period. She said 'Sorry I do not have the knowledge.'

The customer service was unhelpful and lacked knowledge in fixing electrical appliances.
I was disappointed with the service as they were unable to assist with the water leakage problem in my fridge.
I called to schedule an appointment for a repair but was told they do not currently offer that service.
