i didn’t have high expectations but this turned out surprisingly good!! felt that the pastry was of a great texture even after taking it out of the fridge (because some eclairs tend to get a bit soggy), and the creams were to die for!! …
Beautifully crafted eclairs with stuffed fillings. I had 4 different flavours and all of them tasted equally good . It's not very sweet, and has a good balance between the eclair crust and fillings. Recommended to try it out if you love eclairs!
