New shops opening, NTUC finest supermarket, Mcdonald and Koufu food court are open.

There is a lack of facilities at this mall due to the fact that it is a relatively new estate. There are a couple of outlets here that will be able to meet the basic needs of the residents here. Everyone has to go through one entrance now to control the movement of people.

A new condominium, not much amenities few good eateries, moderate crowd. Hopefully it'll become busier.
