Totally agree with some of these feedbacks about the inefficiency of counter staff ????????????????????????. I’ve actually feedback to Dr Loh about their staff. But guess she is too busy and managing senior counter ladies not her job! …
I saw Dr. Tan for my wisdom teeth removal, mine wasn't really a particularly difficult case, and it went really well. I was usually very sensitive to pain but I felt no pain at all during the removal.
Saw Dr Mae Yee for my toothache which I had saw a dentist at NTUC a week ago but was dismiss as a tooth infection. It was through her thorough investigation that discovered I had severe tooth decay. Moreover, throughout the entire session, she had displayed empathy to her patient.

The atmosphere in the clinic was calming and the decor was modern. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The counter staff at Le MinT'S Dental were inefficient and seemed disorganized. It took a while to get my appointment sorted out and there was confusion about the pricing. The customer service could definitely be improved.
