This is the first time we visited this laundromat and it wasn't exactly timely due to the huge traffic at the shop! The heavy downpour was incessant this CNY period & all of us customers were like minded in our endeavour to dry out all our clothes. However, the machines just could not cope with the demands of all the patronage. It took a long time to complete our laundry and it was quite frustrating. The customer service staff were overwhelmed as well and could not provide much assistance. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at this laundromat.
