Simply no business ethics! Bought 6 pcs of spare rubber seal ring ( cost me $330.12), a week ago for my pressure cooker but don't fit in properly. From what I see the rubber ring is not meant for my pressure cooker. Do they expect me to buy from them again after this bad experience and show of total indifference to their customers?
