So far ok. Can get help to process the Visa for Malaysia and Thailand. Too many customer in their office, avoid going their on weekend. Their customer service is satisfactory.
They charged three times the cost and never delivered the committed outcome. Ripped us off! Never recommended. They never respond on phone even after conversation of settlement. Not trustworthy at all.

Worst experience ever! They lost our documents and did not take any responsibility. The staff was unprofessional and rude. Would never recommend this travel agency to anyone.
