Staff is very friendly and proactive. Food is average. Lots of varieties really love it. However they should really maintenance their grill and and furnitures as there are a lot of broken ones. It took almost 20-30 mins for the grilling pan to start heating up.

Love it that it is individual pot and bbq plate so you can really cook whatever you want. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the broth for the hotpot was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive. The only downside was the lack of ventilation, so I did end up smelling like bbq/hotpot after the meal. But overall, it was a great dining experience.

However, the restaurant should really do maintenance on their grills and furniture as there were a lot of broken ones. It also took quite a long time for the grilling pan to start heating up. Overall, an okay experience but could be improved.
