Personal I love the hot plate port sisig, however for people who don’t take spicy food may want to reconsider it. I would like to recommend the G.H.M wine, it is from Spain and wine age at 2008. It is quite smooth , however due to the old age of the wine, it have residue who ones might find it disturbing.
