I have been trying to contact them for the past 3 days. No one replied to my email or answered the phone call. Is the company even in operation? If yes, they don't care about their Customers' orders. Very poor management and customer service. Not going to order Papers from them anymore. Btw they don't deserve stars.
Super difficult to find PIC, doesn't pick up phone or reply an email. Awaiting quotation and delivery would need incense to pray. My suggestion , if you want your job to be smooth, pls find other vendor/supp. better than being angry when communicate w them.
Printing of name cards took more than 1 week. The name cards coiour and paper quality is bad . Not worth for the price …..
