Very good price and service

The overall experience with KS Packaging Pte Ltd was satisfactory. Their products and services were of good quality. However, their customer service and sales support was lacking. Sometimes it took a long time for them to respond to inquiries and they were not very helpful in resolving issues. On the positive side, their facilities and amenities were satisfactory and the price they offered was quite competitive. The ambiance and decor of their premises were pleasant and the initial impression was positive. My personal experience with them was average, neither great nor terrible. The wait time for their services was reasonable and I did not have to make any reservations in advance.

I found the sales service of KS Packaging Pte Ltd to be terrible. They were not responsive and did not provide the information I needed. I had to follow up multiple times and still did not receive a satisfactory response. I would not recommend them for packaging needs.
