confirmed the flavor at least 3 times with them, but sadly they end up made the wrong flavor to disappoint my son’s birthday. Customer service called say the best they can do is to give a 10% refund. Reason is they value more about the handcraft part of the cake not flavor. A but difficult to accept their mindset.
